Account deletion — MY11

This page explains how to request deletion of your MY11 account and associated data, as required by Google Play.

Delete from the app (recommended)

1. Open the MY11 app on your device.
2. Sign in with the account you want to delete.
3. Open your profile / account area (user icon).
4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

In-app deletion is immediate for MY11-managed data on your account.

Request by email

If you cannot use the app, email my11.support@gmail.com from the address linked to your account.

Include:

• subject: MY11 account deletion
• the account email to delete
• username, if you have one

Email requests are normally handled within 30 days.

Data we delete

• Your MY11 authentication account (Firebase Auth), where technically possible
• Profile and account-saved data (e.g. formations, settings, plan linked to the account)

Data not automatically deleted / retained

• Subscriptions and purchases managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play are not cancelled by deleting your MY11 account. Manage them in your store account settings.
• Advertising or aggregated data processed by Google AdMob under Google’s policies.
• Any data we must keep for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons, only for as long as required.
