This notice describes how MY11 (mobile app, package com.memeinitaly.my11) handles users’ personal data.

Age

MY11 is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age.

Data we collect

Account data (email and/or login provider identifiers, e.g. Google or Apple)
Content you create in the app (formations, themes, and settings saved to your account)
In-app purchase and Premium subscription data (handled via the stores and RevenueCat)
App usage data needed to operate and improve the service
Advertising data and, where permitted, device advertising identifiers (e.g. IDFA on iOS / AAID on Android) via Google AdMob, when ads are shown on the free plan
Privacy / tracking consent choices (where required by law or the platform)

Purposes

Authentication and account management
Saving and syncing formations
Managing the Premium plan and restoring purchases
Showing ads on the free plan (personalized or non-personalized based on consent)
Security, abuse prevention, and user support

Advertising, consent, and tracking

On the free plan, MY11 may show ads through Google AdMob. We prefer personalized ads when allowed; if you do not consent or you limit tracking, ads may be non-personalized.

European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland: where required, we show a consent form (User Messaging Platform / AdMob messaging) before enabling ads. You can change or withdraw ad-related choices in the app when the Ads privacy menu item is available.
iOS: where required, the system may ask for App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission to use the advertising identifier (IDFA). If you decline, you can still use the app and ads may be less personalized.
The Premium plan removes or reduces ads as described in the app.

Retention

Data remains linked to your account while the account is active. You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account), follow the steps on this dedicated page, or contact us at the email address above. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel store subscriptions; manage those in your Apple or Google account settings.

Sharing with third parties

We use technical service providers (for example Firebase / Google, RevenueCat, AdMob, and the Apple/Google stores) solely to deliver the app’s features. We do not sell your personal data.

Your rights

Where applicable law allows, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of your data, and object to certain processing (including, where applicable, processing for personalized advertising). Use in-app options where available, or contact us by email.

Changes

We may update this notice. The date at the top of the page shows the latest revision. Continued use of the app after changes means you have reviewed the updated version.
